MEGATRO provide 115KV utility poles for overseas clients since 2006, this type utility pole is another type for power transmission line. They are made up of hollow steel poles, these utility poles can be manufactured as one large piece, or as several small pieces which fit together. This type of pole often used in city power transmission grid, with little space, economic and lower cost.
In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, 65, Q235B, Q345B, ST37, ST52, S355JO, S355JR, BS 50B or other.
MEGATRO can optimize design, to set a compact, narrow base, the tower design not only advanced but practical, with an emphasis on economic rationality to ensure safe and reliable operation.
MEGATRO is one of the few manufactures who assemble a face of utility pole. This attention to quality may not be the cheapest process but it does insure every tower meets our high standards of quality. And it helps to reduce on-site construction cost due to mismatched assemblies.
MEGATRO utility poles systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm and other accessories. After fabrication 115KV utility poles are delivered to the galvanizing facility to be Hot DIP Galvanized. Towers are processed through the facility by Caustic Cleaning, Pickling, and then Fluxing. These strict procedures insure years of maintenance free towers.
